Your progress is built to last. Ranks are based on verified lifetime qualifying Hauls and never reset. Rank titles do not expire; individual incentives are issued after verification, and ongoing benefits require an active account in good standing.
How the program works+
Eligibility & qualifying Hauls
A qualifying Haul is accepted and completed successfully, and is not canceled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, duplicated, or disqualified. An active account in good standing is required.
Timing & payment
The 80% payout is calculated from the customer-paid haul price, excluding tips, taxes, separately stated fees, credits, refunds, chargebacks, and promotions unless HAULa states otherwise.
Referrals & milestones
Use the official referral method before your referred driver's first qualifying Haul. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and retroactive claims are ineligible. First-week progress begins with your first qualifying Haul.
Rewards & support
Eligible cash bonuses and cards are delivered within 5–10 business days; merchandise follows separately. If a reward is late, report it through in-app support with the Haul details.
Program rewards and availability may vary by market and are subject to tax reporting, applicable program terms, the Driver Addendum, and HAULa policies.
